CRMO (CRM Optimized) is a small Ontario company. We help home service businesses with office work. This page says what information we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. It follows Canada's privacy law for businesses (PIPEDA).
From this website: what you type into the contact form (your name, company, type of work, number of trucks, email, phone and your message). We use it to reply to you and to prepare for a call.
During a project: the business information the work needs, such as job, customer and invoice records inside the software you already use. We only use what the task requires.
To answer your message, to set up and run the service you asked for, and to report results to you. We do not sell or rent your information. We do not send marketing email unless you asked for it, and you can stop it at any time.
Contact form messages are stored by our website provider (Webflow) and in our email. Your project data stays in your own accounts. When our contract ends, we delete the copies we hold, unless the law requires us to keep a record.
Only the people at CRMO who do the work, and the service providers that host our website and email. Each one is bound to protect your information.
This site uses only the cookies needed to run it. If we add analytics later, we will say so here.
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. You can withdraw consent at any time. Email sales@crmo.ca and we will reply within one business day. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
If this policy changes, we update the date at the top of this page.
